Okay, so let me get this straight. China has been taking over our islands, lots of women are being raped, people are being killed here and there yet no one is caught, the justice system sucks, poor people are getting poorer and poorer and rich people are getting richer and richer yet the development of the Philippines is slower than a freaking turtle. Theres tons of problem that needs to be solved and yet they worry about invading someones privacy!!!! F**k this shit. people from the congress what are you thinking? the people from the congress wants to say: hey! theyre invading someones privacy we need to create a bill that will not allow them to take pictures of someone without their permission, so people will say that were doing something in this place called congress! The Philippine Government is very funny. HA. HA. HA.
