Okay, so this may seem silly. Yes, I am pretty skinny. But I wanna be in shape and have my body show it. So every 4 weeks I am switching workouts and posting my progress each month. So far my arms and back are showing some progress, but I want each and every body part to show how fit and healthy I can be. Hopefully posting this will give me some motivation to complete each workout to my full potential!
