Okay so you folks really dig fresh grilled habanero peppers on your Po-Boys! Wow! BUT... I have other news. This weather makes MamaRoux and DaveyK want to bust out the open grill for Juicy Thick Bacon Cheese Burger Po-Boys. Tomorrow. As in Thursday. Why did I misspell cheezburgr up there? To point out the fact that Mama is working BACON and CHEESE right into the patty, before Davey puts them on the grill. And well make them honkin huge. Po-Boys. MEAT. And BACONMEAT. And while I have your undivided attention, were going to attempt something new tomorrow during lunch and could use a few dozen beefy guys. I mean BEEFY guys. We have a really cool idea, and it involves moving something HUGE and HEAVY, and the results will likely be one of the coolest things to hit the eastside since Homeland Security in Eastgate Mall. I wonder how many big beefcakes we could get to show up Thursday at straight-up noon maybe? We wont be shooting for a calendar or anything, but its still entirely possible you have a captive female audience. One never knows in this goofy business.
