Oklahoma News Report- 700,000 working Oklahomans on Food stamps last month and the number has risen each month. On top of that the Oklahoma Food Bank is feeding 150,000 Oklahomans each month that are going hungry each week. 7 out of 10 Oklahoma schoolchildren receive discounted meals at school due to poverty in the home. All this from a state (my home) that prides itself in 95% employment rate, the most Republican State in America and a "Model for the Rest of America" (a quote from Governor Mary Fallin). My state is anti-Union, wants the minimum wage eliminated and has a state Administration that is entirely Republican. Their leadership is starving my working neighbors.
