Oklahoma electric rates have increased more than any other state since 2010...and yet with the help of ALEC, our state legislature and governor passed a tax on solar panels on homes. Solar costs are going down dramatically and the utilities are threatened by that. Gee, what ever happened to the no taxes Republicans? ALEC writes these pieces of legislation and our puppets in the lege put them forth. This is what happens when big business and big utilities rule their pawns in govt. instead of our being represented by people who actually have their own ideas about public policy.
