Old school favorite… Peppermint Crisp Tart Ingredients: 1 packet tennis/milk biscuits 1 can caramel treats (caramel condensed milk boiled) 2 cup cream - fresh 400g Peppermint Crisp chocolate bars - grated Method 1. Place the tennis/milk biscuits in rows at the bottom of your desired dish, ensuring that the bottom of the dish is covered. 2. Place the caramel in a mixing bowl and stir until smooth. 3. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk the cream until stiff peaks form, being careful not to over-whip. Fold the whipped cream into the caramel along with 100g of the grated peppermint crisp chocolate and combine well. 4. Spread a generous amount of the mixture over the tennis/milk biscuits and spread evenly. 5. Add another layer of tennis/milk biscuits and caramel mixture and continue this process until your dish is full. 6. Sprinkle the remaining peppermint crisp over the top and place in the fridge for 1 hour to set. 7. Serve with a dollop of cream or as desired.
