Omg so 34 years ago today my wonderful son Code E Sumners arrived! His dad Dale Sumners decided that would be the day he made a quick trip to Regina and then maybe continue to Calgary! Maureen Desjarlais was going to babysit TeeJay Sumners the big sister while I was in the hospital!!!! Lord she was a teenager and didnt do mornings. Carrie Miller was so awesome and drove me to the hospital cause thats what best friends do. Lol and I remember Loye Clarke- St. Pierre and her hubby Ron decided to replace their driveway that week. Some how the telephone lines were cut and our phone didnt work for a few days. I remember as we drove away I looked up at TeeJay on the balcony and she was so excited to have a new baby coming. So it was a Wednesday much like today at 3:29 pm my son who totally walks to a different drum entered the world. ( breach) my mom was on her way home from Whitehorse and again had sympathy labor pains with me. So thank you my cowboy son for picking our family! Life is amazing with you in it! Happy birthday!
