On April 8, 2014, Microsoft will end all support for Windows XP as well as Office 2003. If you have a personal computer running Windows XP, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you upgrade to a newer version of Windows or replace your computer entirely with current technology. Once support for Windows XP and Office 2003 end, Microsoft will no longer release security patches, hot fixes, or provide any type of free or paid technical support for these versions. This could leave your computer open to viruses and cyber-attacks. It is also very likely that new software and hardware being released will no longer work with Windows XP.
