If you have Windows XP, dont let your PC go unprotected. windows.microsoft/en-us/windows/end-support-help The option which likely makes the most sense is to buy a new computer with a more modern operating system, even though Windows XP is one of the most stable operating systems Microsoft has produced. If anyone else knows of another solution please let me know. Most computers with XP are not able to upgrade to Windows 8 – the current operation system, or that does not make much sense if your computer is more than 5 years old. I have started a Facebook page “Windows XP users unite” for a friend who is still on XP and did not know of the change. Please invite your friends and let them know of the April 8, 2014 date for expiration of support to Windows XP.
