On Friday 24th October 2014 the Guild of Medical Laboratory Directors of Nigeria [GMLD] Rivers State branch in a keenly contested election held at the Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria [AMSLN] Secretariat 19 Ndashi Str Dline PHC produced new Executive council officers to run the affairs of the body for the next 3years. It was a gathering of who is who in both private & public practitioners of medical laboratory Science in Rivers State. Congratulations to those elected, uneasy lies the head that wears the crown. Pastor Solomon chinedu emerged the Chairman, Mark Diala as Vice-chairman, Chidex Chidi Eze as Secretary, Mrs Esther Egeolu as treasurer, Paul Ogunlola as Financial Secretary, Anthony Egeonu as Public relations officer, Ohareme Florence as Auditor.
