On Friday night I did a Football themed 18th Birthday party .. Football shirts .. football songs and they requested Football themed games.. a lot of planning went into this to stop the rivalry and fights that many would assume would happen when you mix 18 year olds and a football theme. Went brilliantly ..everyone happy..no fights ..no stress .. had email from the client Hi Rob Just wanted to say thanks for helping us make Zoes birthday go with a bang, everybody had a great time with your help Thanks The McGraths The reason it went well and didnt kick off ? planning and prep..If i had not done a consultation and planned stuff this could have gone very wrong. The client was also suspicious of DJs as she has been let down THREE times on three occasions of DJs not turning up or turning up very late. so i actually bent my own rules and allowed her to pay the balance on the day ..which she did. Hopefully i have restored the clients belief in DJs ..my post is not to brag or say look at me but to thank all the DJs who go out every time who do care , who do turn up , who genuinely entertain and provide excellent customer service.. well done peeps ..we need more like you to erase the bad practices of others ..
