On October 16th or 17th, 2013 on or about 7:30 P.M. a senior with a prior severe close head injury was taken to Saint Joe Hospital and was refused treatment for an on going back problem, was assaulted, physically removed, by 6 or 8 security guards and hospital staff, slammed on the floor and was forced to walk to the parking lot half dressed in the cold (With out a shirt) These photos were taken on October, 18, 2013.
