On Saturday, Feb., 14, 2015, thousands of people across the globe will unite their hearts and their voices to celebrate the 13th Annual World Sound Healing Day. Won’t you join us? We’ll gather at 2:30 PM at the Jackson Meditation dojo on the grounds of Wolfe Studio on Old Canton Rd. in Jackson. I’ll introduce participants to the AH heart chakra sound, and then we’ll tone together, sending our deepest loving, healing, and compassionate vibrations out as a special valentine to the world. After several minutes of group toning, I will offer a sound immersion experience with Tibetan singing bowls and crystal lyre; participants are welcome to continue toning softly or to sit in intentional meditation for the 30-minute session. We’ll conclude with a group chakra toning practice. (There is no charge to participate; however, we ask for a small donation toward the use and upkeep of the the dojo. Because the space is limited, PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND. I will then provide more details. Thanks.) The purpose of World Sound Healing Day is 1. To positively affect the Earth through the use of sound. 2. To bring awareness of the power of intentional sound. 3. To create a conscious community using sound for planetary healing.
