On Thursday, May 15, 2014 at Noon, I am organizing a rally to be held on the steps of the State Capitol. I am asking everyone who can attend to be present. THIS RALLY IS INTENDED FOR ALL MEMBERS OF THE BAR AND THE PUBLIC. YOUR PARTICIPATION IS WELCOMED AND NEEDED. The purpose of the rally is to draw attention to an out-of-state PACs being used to influence Arkansas judicial races. In my opinion, this poses a direct threat to our Constitutional Republic. Google The stealth PAC Law Enforcement Alliance of America for more disturbing information about this organization who refuses to tell anyone where it get the money it buys candidates with! I am going to invite both Supreme Court judicial candidates to attend and speak at the rally. I also plan to invite legislators and others to attend and address any concerns that they may have about outside influence in judicial races. Please be present. We have to have a broad representation of the public for the rally to be meaningful! Our Constitution is not not for sale to stealth PACs outside out state.
