On Tuesday, March 18 at 7:00 p.m. at Central Baptist Church, the North Heights Junior High Choir is teaming up with the Twin City Sensations Chorus to present the “Acappella Spring Sing” concert – a concert sure to bring in spring with the power of songs. The NHJH choir is comprised of a very talented group of 7th and 8th graders who share a common passion for music. The students have been working very hard this year to rebuild their program and in only their first year together the NHJH choir has performed at Central Baptist Church’s first annual Veteran’s Breakfast, a Race for the Cure fundraising event, and at the Arkansas State Capitol. The Twin City Sensations Chorus is a ladies acappella harmony chorus right here in Texarkana. It’s the perfect hobby for women who share the love of singing. Please make plans to attend the concert at Central Baptist Church located at 2117 E. 35th Street, Texarkana, AR. The event is free to the public, however, we ask guests to bring one non-perishable canned food item. All food items will be donated to our local community food bank.
