On Wednesday 19 March 2014, we as a coalition of trade unions, community groups, faith-based organisations, student groups, organisations of unemployed people, taxi associations, women and youth formations; we will march in seven towns (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, Emalahleni and George) to highlight the issue of youth unemployment and demand real solutions to the problem. Id listen. Look, if you adopt and economic system where work is necessary to obtain subsistence -- which started around the 1820s, unless you were a slave, but thats a different problem -- why not, as the government that protects that policy, find a way to ensure that the policy you protect protects your interests? My bad. Youre right. Call them names and look away. That works every time.
