On almost daily basis numerous people got targeted and being killed in Karachi, but nobody cares. Moreover interestingly their killers always remain NAMALOOM Afraad by the media and by the government. But in contrast to it, when a prominent journalist is attacked in the same way, in the same city, the victim and his acquaintances and media start pointing fingers towards countrys own military and intelligence agencies without having a speck of evidence. It’s the extent of “irresponsible journalism”. Indeed the attack is condemnable. It’s the cost of human life that matters, whether of a common man or a journalist. A journalists life is not more costly than other humans. But the media should be face trial for irresponsible and treacherous role, in reporting this issue. How come Hamid Mir directly alleges ISI? Isn’t it that he acknowledges his involvement in some anti-state or treacherous activities because of which he is so sure that he can be attacked by ISI, as ISI is there just to serve and preserve “National Interests”. Till now how many other anchor persons and other journalists of Pakistani Media have expressed their concern that they feel threatened from ISI? I haven’t heard from any other as far as I remember. So why just Hamid Mir?
