On days like this I am so lucky to work from home 100% of the time. Who knew living out of a hotel for 10 days for a 4 Day Marketing Conference, a 5 Day EMDR Therapy Intensive, then hopping on a 10 PM red eye flight from California to Detroit to Connecticut, sleeping in the airport and missing a few days of Shakeology would result in the flu... ... Okay, all of you can put your hands down now. ;) Sometimes I get so wrapped up in going, going, going, pushing, doing, not stopping, that I get surprised that I cant keep up. Im right on the edge of feeling better and going stir crazy in bed. More water. More sleep. More Shakeology. More Tylenol Blue.
