On my walk during my morning break a young man/woman were walking toward me. Both very sweaty woman pushing baby stroller clothed, man shorts no shirt. Now Just say she DECIDES to remove her shirt for comfort and go topless; police arrive, she refuses to place shirt back on, detained/arrested/charged with a crime… Would this be equal protection under the law? Would this be her just ASKING FOR IT? Would this be FAIR? JUST? Is this just ONE of those human quandaries shaped by time/place/culture? Both have breasts, one just contains more fat tissue than another. Is this a legitimate quandary or is it just that we are CIVILIZED and that is how CIVILIZED females SHOULD behave; that is not to go topless even if they wish to??? I am just wondering, I am greatly perplexed…. Other than that I have nothing to say except enjoy the day!
