On the eve of my 20th (?!?) anniversary of being in the worlds - TopicsExpress

On the eve of my 20th (?!?) anniversary of being in the worlds greatest Air Force, I often remind myself that Im not alone in getting to this milestone. From my incredibly patient wife (Bobbie Harmon), to my very first supervisor (Sgt Finco), to my first troop (SrA Farris), to many previous subordinates that made my job easy (Thomas McKnight, Nathan Reimers, SSgts Lopez and Hendrix, Brian Reardon, Christopher Brindley and many, many others) to the pluck and support of an amazing peer group (Michelle Fistler England, Melissa Zollinger, Sean Kelly, Van Kemp, Jason Gist and many, many others), my career wouldnt be what it is without this unique camaraderie. (If I left anyone out, my apologies; Ive been touched by so many that Id be here all day lauding praises...) So, I thank those who came before me and those who came with me on my two decade journey of what I like to think is sustained excellence. Without the amazing Airmen that have mentored, advised and shaped me (admittedly, a Facebook post doesnt do any justice...), I wouldnt be who I am today. When I do move on, I only hope that I leave it a little better than it was before... ...So far, so good!
