On the sixth day of Christmas my Personal Trainer instructed me - Bent Dumbbell Rows (at 50% your body weight)!!! This lift helps with creating amazing shoulder stability and increases core strength - always start lighter on this weight and build up! Place one knee on the bench and the same side arm on the front edge of the bench. Your back should be flat so that a glass of water can rest on it! Drive your elbow up, pulling the weight as close to your body as you can. Now get going, you have 4 sets of 10, ascending in weight each set! Happy lifting!
