On the subject of Zimmerman. No, he did not deserve to go to jail on murder 2 charge. The jury was right there. But if you are saying the man did "nothing wrong" and that he was "protecting himself" then we need to redefine what those things mean. According to the evidence, he is most certainly guilty of manslaughter. He chased a man down in the dark, against the instructions of 911 dispatchers in a case of absolute gun-toting vigilantism. Leave race out of it, leave age out of it, take it all out and at the end, you have a guy chasing another guy in the dark with a gun and an agenda. If he was "protecting himself," then you need to redefine your worldview.
