On this Labor Day weekend, I am grateful for my dad, the hardest working man I have ever met. I remember his giant and powerful hands. Hands that were were covered with scars and calluses. These commemorated his dedication to his family. They showed how hard he worked, so we could have a better life. He taught us the value of hard work and a job well done, and I strive to live up to his example. While there were many colorful expressions he used to motivate those working with him, one on my favorites is appropriate for all audiences: The job isnt over until the tools are put away. Happy Labor Day.
