On this date, 20 years ago... the ownership of American Pacific College gathered and decided to form a California Corporation under the name of American Pacific College, Inc.. On this day we drafted our proposed Articles of Incorporation for execution and filing to the State of Californias Secretary of State. This is a milestone in my life, APC has been the youngest of my kids, where I have spent thousand of hours and have graduated thousands of students. It is so rewarding when I go to a mechanic shop and I run into a graduate who is now a professional in his field, or in the supermarket with a mother who has already raised her children and wants to thank me for what I have done. All of this of course it wasnt just me... I have hundreds of people who I have to thank to make this possible, to include family, friends and last but not least my wonderful employees. Most of the time, it has been a wonderful life...!
