On this day 28 years ago my life changed forever. I admit I was somewhat self absorbed with my career, my past accomplishments and my outward appearance. After a painstaking labor (he was breach, huge and stubborn...I think he wanted to slide out cleats up!!!!) I delivered this precious gift from God....Michael Boyd Loomis 9lbs 8 oz, 22.5 inches long with a Gynormous head with no baby font!!! C-section of course. It was worth every swear word (bad ones in a Catholic hospital) . My life changed forever and although we are both incredibly stubborn and tough on one and other....you are my best friend!!! I will say that about your brother on his birthday too!! Happy birthday Boomer! You make me so proud to be your Mommy!! XO
