On your journey in Spain my dear friend....I decided to write a few thoughts as your former tennis coach. ;-) Some athletes are just naturally talented for sport. I have known you since you were a teenager as your tennis coach... And you had talent for sure....but to be honest- you had more GUTS than anything else...and *that* is what makes you an inspiration to so many people all over the world. That is why so many admire you. Yes, you look amazing in a bikini - but the truth is - even when you do not try - (while so many other women are posing for *sports* and taking selfies in the mirror at the gym and even with all their effort - yet get only a fraction of the followers you have without even trying - that speaks volumes about why people admire you. You ARE REAL. Yes, you have insecurities...just like everyone else - the difference is you voice them and share them!!!! The rest wait and stay quiet ..and then end up cheating or living a life of lies or secrets..... I would rather be you ;-) You are not afraid to show who you are....no matter where you are!!!! And that is called confidence ....although at times it may look ugly or combative...it is you. That reality and honesty is what draws your followers...(and legitimate sponsors, and advertisers wanting your image on their brand - because people want to see YOU). You lobe your sport with the same passion that she shows in all other aspects of her life. For this reason....Mónica Alicia Sánchez - I will say this to you and all those who follow you before you leave permanently to Spain - You are taking a big risk leaving such a huge part of your life here. I was at your wedding on October 5, 2005. It was very, very beautiful - but I admire you more now. ...You are braver now, you are stronger, more relentless, and more Real than any person I have ever met. PLEASE: Do NOT Change. I hope you eventually find true love wih a man who is brave enough and strong enough like you....and if not - that is ok because I see amazing things in your future regardless. May you continue to shine...in love, in war...and in Life. You have people who have watched your journey and it has changed their lives..... many who you may never meet, but whome you would always extend your hand to help, hug, or comfort if they needed it. You just have that kind of heart..... You are an inspiration. Please write a book when you can as your thoughts in writing are so honest, so real, and so you. You are a rare breed because real people like you without Ego, without pride....and just live on humanity and honesty are rare. Your life story (and I know it all....even the dark parts) is Hollywood material - honestly. In your own words: I want to focus on each moment, and take risks, and not be afraid, and enjoy each moment..... Enjoy the journey in Spain.....
