Once Rajesh Hamals girlfriend got massive bleeding from her vagina...Rajesh Hamal desperately looked for cause whether its carcinoma of cervix ,uterus,some god damn polyp but couldnt find any.He was sure that there was no history of trauma to her genitalia neither by anything nor by his thing. He has no time to investigate if its due to hormonal imbalance without any obvious pathology detected by his vulture like eyes.Bleeding was so severe that when he felt his carotid pulse it was feebly palpable while his peripheral pulses were not palpable at all and her body was pale due to decreased perfusion.Rajesh Hamal didnt have blood to transfuse to her so he gave her intravenous fluid and dobutamine and then came with idea.He collected her all bleeded blood in bottle and send it again to her body by intravenous route.As he knew that bleeded blood must have been contaminated with bacteria in her genital tract and atmosphere so he give her prophylactic antibiotics too.As the bleeded blood was from artery when it was given via vein of upper limb the venous oxygen pressure in body raised dramatically.Afterall Rajesh Hamal can manage any case in any way. .
