Once again, these are the places pet store puppies come from. The breeder was already sited once. No changes made so this time the dogs were confiscated. There ARE *responsible* breeders. This is not one of them. A *responsible* breeder would never EVER sell their puppies through any other means than by interviewing the prospective puppy home and doing their best to make sure their dog is going to the right home. A responsible breeder also gives a life-time return policy and has a health guarantee.
