Once again very careless of the NATION newspapers. Today in their DN2 pullout they put a large picture to illustrate deaths during hospital operations. Its the picture of a dead man on operation table in a hospital. They put a tag on his feet reading JOHN TOROME and indicates he died on 21st April 2014 at 10.30pm. Torome is Soyinka Lempaas family name and they have a relative called John Torome. His relatives and friends have been calling the whole day inquiring why they had not been informed that John passed away. The photo has sent shock in the family. Veeeeeery irresponsible journalism. I guess somethings are difficult to change.
