Once during a clash a eight year old boy was captured by the name of zaid rz. It so happened that the boy on later came into the service of our beloved prophet hazrat muhammad s a w w. The boy zaid rz uncle an father soon learnt about his whereabout. They came before prophet hazrat muhammad s a w w and said that they can gave any compensation to the prophet muhammad s a w w if he return zaid rz to them. The prophet muhammad s a w w said that he will not take any compensation if zaid rz want to go with them he is free he can go with u people. He s a w w called zaid rz and said that is he know these people. Zaid rz replied that yes he do they were his father and uncle. They want to recover you said muhammad s a w w. Zaid rz replied i will not leave u to go any where. On hearing this zaid rz father and uncle get angry. Are You prefer slavery to freedom. Zaid rz replied i have not seen the quality he s a w w has.
