Once upon a time there was a confused little puppy sitting by a barbed wire fence near a cow pasture. She was tired, hungry, and obviously had no clue what to do. Today, that little puppy is the beautiful, sweet, well-loved, Bindi Sue. She was one of the greatest dogs I have ever had the pleasure of welcoming into our home. She would have been such an easy dog to just keep as my own. But then you receive photos like this with expressions of gratitude years after Bindi was adopted and you know that being a foster home is a gift. How lucky we are to love so many great dogs...and then to let them go to their meant-to-be homes. My life is truly blessed.
