Once you receive the Redeem Code via your e-mail, simply go to our Training Portal at hls.gehealthcare and choose from among the various free training courses you will find there. You can even download the content to watch it offline. The Redeem Code can be used for one single training module and will be valid for one month (until xx February 2015) and for use by one user only. Training topics to choose from include: • Computed Tomography • Information Technology • Interventional • Leadership • Magnetic Resonance • Molecular Imaging • Mammography • Ultrasound • X-ray GE Healthcare shall not be responsible for the failure of a redeem code to reach an email address due to any technical problem affecting delivery (e.g. due to spam filters, full inbox. etc.). 3. Healthcare Compliance Any person applying for a redeem code in connection with this campaign agrees and acknowledges the following: a. they are a registered healthcare professional; b. the redeem code is provided by GE Healthcare solely to support the professional education and training of the recipient; c. the redeem code is not provided as a reward for past business with GE Healthcare (or its affiliates or representatives), and nor is it intended to influence or induce any current or future business with GE Healthcare (or its affiliates or representatives); and d. the receipt of the redeem code is it is not in violation of any code of conduct, policy, regulation, law or directive to which the recipient may be subject. 4.
