One cannot be surprised that they are happy. Kickbacks, favors, expense accounts, campaign fund fiddles, government pensions, sinecures with more pensions. This bunch, and their families, will never really work again, although they will always have jobs and offers, gratuities and honorariums. Their children and grandchildren will be welcomed into any and all schools. They put up a smokescreen of diligence on behalf of the needy and underprivileged, but they have used every resource imaginable to create for themselves a secret aristocracy of wealth, power, and privilege.
