One last review of 2014 for tonight, since area weather is pretty quiet. Several rounds of thunderstorms developed over parts of northern Indiana on August 21st and 22nd. These storms dropped in excess of 5 inches in many areas, and over 10 inches in eastern Grant and Blackford counties! Most of the rain fell in a 6 to 8 hour period, shutting down I 69 in eastern Grant County for several hours due to high water flowing over the road.
