One more story about my day with the Stump Jumpers and I will be finished with this experience. The tree that took out the fence was notched and partially cut on the other side when the brain surgeon decided he needed something from his truck that was parked about 100 ft from the tree. He leaves the saw in the tree running and walks to his truck. They have a rope tied to the top of the tree and around a kids waist, The kid might weigh 120 lbs , he is leaning North and the tree is leaning South. I am thinking like the song what was I thinking when I heard the tree crack and the kid with the rope around his waist looked like he was sking and he was yelling hey, hey, hey, I do not know if he was yelling at the tree, his mentor The brain surgeon or Jesus. The brain surgeon later told me that he was training these kids,and my thought was LORD JESUS have mercy on these poor souls.
