One more thought about Todd Gurley. I would file this suit on behalf of UGA against Bryan Allen for free. It is important to note that punitive damages (as well as damages for intentional conduct generally) are not dischargeable in bankruptcy. Whether Mr. Allen has any assets to speak of, following a judgment, any wages, bank accounts, property he has or will ever acquire would be garnished/foreclosed for the rest of his natural life.
