One of my daughters dogs had a seizure and died in her arms today....we are devastated and heartbroken....it was her baby that she was as strongly bonded to as I am to sprinkles...I dont know what to do for her!!! I am worried for the other three if this is contagious or poison since she does live in the neighborhood of the white van throwing rat poison into yards...muffy was a miniature Schnauzer weighing only 3 lbs and would ride and sit on her shoulder like a bird...she is not answering her phone now as I am trying to get the dog in for a necropsy and I am worried for my dsughter emotional well being and health of the other dogs...she said she researched online and this breed is known to have pancreas problems and have no signs or symptoms and have seizures and die like this...all new to me and has me so upset my tummy is in nots right now...feel helpless.
