One of my organizations, We The People Congress/Foundation have LEGALLY and PROFESSIONALLY drafted FORMAL Petitions for the REDRESS of Grievances, signed by many thousands of Americans in utter conformance with the last ten words in the FIRST Amendment. Over the last Fifteen years and at least twelve or more separate occasions over most of those years, we have professionally hand served, with certified receipt, each and every Congressman, each and every Senator, The President of the United States, his entire cabinet, and all nine Supreme Court Justices and in every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions of solely constitutional torts have been answered only by the repeated injury in the form of the deafening sound of silence. A President and Congress, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the public servants of a free people. Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our Congressional brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our Revolutionary War and reason for the laws which We The People ordained and established upon them to secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our economy, individual Rights and National felicity to the point of stealing our wages and salaries by way of IRS gunpoint without so much as a law allowing for such coercion. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Protest, Demonstration and action, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies against our Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws, the balance of our Bill of Rights and The Constitution, in Peace and obedience to our supreme laws of the land, Friends. We have taken our First Amendment Right to Petition the Federal Government for the REDRESS of Grievances to the Supreme Court of the United States TWICE and been twice denied. There is your answer WHY O.A.S. PRIME DIRECTIVE must be about restoring our Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws; by encouraging and imploring our home Countries to sponsor and pass Joint State Sovereignty Resolutions with Arrest Provisions which along with its vital companion legislation to prepare all State and local Law Enforcement, County Sheriff Departments and State National Guard units to Support and Defend our Ninth and Tenth Amendments by enforcing incremental State nullifications of all Federal spending, usurpations, and Unlawful Acts of Congress and the Executive branch since 1913. Also the States will be encouraged, in conjunction with these nullifications, to incrementally nullify all withholding taxes, all employment taxes and all income taxes, DOUBLING the size of all Middle Class weekly paychecks, in obedience to the findings and rulings of the Supreme Court of The United States; The ratification of the Sixteenth Amendment confers NO NEW TAXES on anyone who wasnt taxable before it. - Capt.
