One of our followers would like to share a coping technique for panic attacks that works for them: I got a neat little trick I learned...people with panic attacks once it starts start tapping your pointer finger and thumb together. Tap as fast as your attack is bad.. Do that for a few seconds then start slowing down your taps..If you slow down to fast speed up your taps until your equal again and then bring it down slowly..keep doing that until your breathing and attack goes away....bam! Youre done. It may not work on everyone but its a cool trick to try.
