One of our supporters, Corporal Andrew Summers, has organised a very special, and rather challenging fundraiser on June 7th. Andrew will be doing a 40km pack march, carrying 40kg in his pack, along Manly Beach in soft sand. That is a kilometre, and a kilogram, in honour of each of the Australian servicemen who have fallen in Afghanistan. Having overcome PTSD himself, Andrew says he cannot express enough the importance of getting help if you feel life is getting tough for you. In support of Soldier On, he has been fundraising and has almost reached his goal of $5,000! Below are some pictures of his training on the Stockton Sand Dunes.
