One of the most rewarding aspects of being a permanent cosmetics technician who carries out paramedical procedures is the ability to positively impact the aftermath of surgery, and improve the appearance of scars or recreate the areolar complex/nipples for ladies who are recovering from cancer and reconstructive surgery. It is my pleasure to share part of their journey to recovery and an absolute honour to spend time with such strong and inspirational women! Often, I receive letters from patients, following my treatments, saying how much permanent cosmetics have helped restore their confidence and helped them feel normal again. When this happens, it is, without doubt, absolutely the best thank you in the world! Just love my job!
