One of the most sublime of realities is how profound it is that I cannot go back into time infinitely. There was a time when even I didnt exist. Added to this profound thought is the realisation that some people in my sphere of influence have lived longer than I have... people like my parents, their peers, grandparents and great-grandparents (even those that are not mine). It baffles me when someone who was born yesterday, someone with a vestige of breast-milk vapour still lingering heavily on his breath, has the temerity to challenge an established position rooted in the wisdom rooted in experience BEYOND his years. While it is true that experience is the BEST teacher, it is also true that PERSONAL experience is the teacher of FOOLS. A wise man will learn from the foolishness of all the fools in the annals of history. A lesson in experience neednt be PERSONAL experience for it to be learned. On that note, I go offline with my heart bleeding for the young upstarts who had a sure foundation sown for them by their parents in the lessons of as many fools in history as is possible, BUT have since decided that they would rather sing the song of fools PERSONALLY and experience foolishness and stupidity VERY personally.
