One of the postures Im doing a lot to improve my back and hip flexibility in order to deepen head-to-knee, rabbit, stretching and crane pose. Guillotine: feet hip distance apart; push shoulders through legs looking upwards at bootie; reach hands behind back; interlock fingertips; pull upper body through legs as you simultaneously lock out legs; keep looking up and stretch the entire backside body. Breathe normally. #yoga #training #flexibility #advance
