One of the worst business decisions you can make is not getting back with people when they contact you. Often times do to arrogance or just a desire to not want to tell people you do not want to do business for various reasons business owners do not resolve contacts. This can leave a very bitter taste in the mouths of the people who contacted you. This can/will result in missed opportunities or opportunities that those individuals who did not receive a contact back work to exclude you from in the future. To the best of your ability return every contact with a contact. This builds credibility in YOU! And ultimately, You is the only thing being bought and sold.
