One thing I can admit is that one of my weakness is unforgiveness. Many of us have a hard time with this, especially me. Its difficult to forgive those that hurt you, offended you, lie on u, persecute u, ect. But the bible does say For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins. (Matthew 6:14, 15 NIV). Forgiveness is hard, especially when we trust others so much, and they break that trust. However, keeping in mind that each person is not without sin. They may not see their sin. for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. (Romans 3:23, 24 NIV). We must remember that the person who sinned against us isnt our enemy, but satan is in order that Satan might not outwit us. For we are not unaware of his schemes. (2 Corinthians 2:11 NIV). Also, even if someone sins against you forgive them again and again So watch yourselves. “If your brother or sister sins against you, rebuke them; and if they repent, forgive them. Even if they sin against you seven times in a day and seven times come back to you saying ‘I repent,’ you must forgive them.” (Luke 17:3, 4 NIV)
