One thing I love about Michael (my husband) is that he has a backbone. He is super friendly and giving. He goes the extra mile when he feels appreciated. However, I have seen people treat him like dirt and be condescending to him and I have seen people try to screw him over. He always stands up for himself and for me even if he looses something. To him, loosing money or a client or customer is not as important as loosing his integrity. I love him for that, even though it can sometimes make life a bit harder financially. Just because someone does a job that you think is beneath you, or they are a different economic status, or look different, never treat people as lesser. Its just not ok and some of us wont put up with it.
