One way to keep an exercise commitment going is to buddy up with someone who has the same goal. It could be a friend who can walk with you or you can play tennis with or ride a bike with, etc. You encourage each other and hold each other accountable for showing up for the activity on a regular basis. A class is another way to have accountability. First of all, if I have to pay for it, personally Im too cheap not to show up. Haha. But more so, you get to know the other people in the class and the ones you really get to know expect to see you and might ask about it if you didnt show up. (Aww, you missed me?) Accountability! Dont be afraid to take a class because you dont know the moves or the steps. Believe me, everybody is concentrating on their own steps and we all started not knowing those steps! Start at the back of the room and move up as you get better. Never give up. Now get out there!
