Only 3 insurers will now offer health plans in 2014 on the NJ "Marketplace" (the only place where consumers will be able to use federal subsidies to purchase insurance effective 1/1/14) as Aetna has announced their official decision to withdraw. UHC and Cigna earlier decided to opt out. NJ Marketplace premiums/plans have not yet been released, with just 17 days to go until the 6-month enrollment period begins.
