On the second day of Tsume Fan Days 2 in fact are unveiled two new themed rooms, the first one dedicated to Naruto and then the Saint Seiya, our beloved Knights of the Zodiac. And then Dragon Shiryu High Quality Statues to round off the news of this exciting event in Luxembourg in which we participated. We were expecting a new Saint, but certainly no one could imagine such great beauty. The initial impact was so strong that it almost feel out of place. Repra oduction of Shiryu is above every possible expectation, bringing the concept of sculpture / diorama to a new level. Tsume recreates the character intent to launch his shot Rozan Hyakuryuha (Shot of the 100 Dragons rising) with his arms outstretched as he shouts to summon wounded. Are 12 dragons emerging from his shoulders and follow the direction of the arms of the rider, simulating the special attack. The result is deadly, leaving us completely speechless. The technical implementation is top notch and this is confirmed by the Tsume, stating that it is certainly one of the most complex statues in the works. In fact there are many pieces and types of materials used. To combine all of these elements has not been easy, but they did brilliantly thanks to a color that blends in with all the characteristic color of the rider. We find also in this case the use of transparent colored resin at the foot of the dragon to complete the scene with a kind of smoke effect. Size is important, staying in scale with the other statues in the series. For this reason, the initial feeling is amazing: just for size but at the same time elegance of processing. A true work of art. This limited edition will be available during 2015 and the price is fixed at the time of pre-order at € 449 , raising the bar than average. However, we feel we can safely say that it is worth every single penny. A real dream for fans of Saint Seiya.
