Open workout 14.3 tomorrow. Dont be shy, get booked in! There will be a full and a scaled option. By all means try the full workout, but be warned that any rounding of the back will be classified as a No Rep. You will need to re-do the rep with correct set-up and form. Those competing in the Open or interested in competing will want to give it a try. Those here for general fitness will get a good workout from the scaled option.
